It's time to GetFit4 2009. The Holidays are over. No more excuses for eating and "not" getting to the gym. It's time to start eating healthy and get back in shape. The Summer will be here before we know.... It may not be weight you want to loose, but maybe just start working out. It may be that you want to simply start eating healthier or stop smoking.... My New Year's Resolution is to start working out again.... loose some weight and start eating healthy. This is a group where we'll support each other.... blog about weight issues or diet do's and don't's. If it's related to getting healthy for 2009, you can blog about it here and ask for other's opinions and advice. You are required, though, by joining this group to blog (1) once a week and (4) times a month.
